Chronic Pain & Illness

I am so angry about what has happened to me.

I can’t do what I used to do.

I worry all the time.

I can’t talk to my family.

Why does no one understand?

No one knows what I go through every day.

I guess I do hide it well some days.

My family and friends still expect I can do it all.

But I just can’t.

You can find relief.

If you feel like you can’t talk to your family or friends because either you don’t want to burden them, or you feel they just don’t understand, I encourage you to reach out to me.

I’ve worked with many men and women like you who are trying to adjust to a new reality – a reality that hit sooner than they ever expected.

When you still look like the old you, it is difficult for loved ones to get that your reality is different and they, too, struggle to adjust.

We can meet individually or with you and your family. You choose what works best for your situation.

Feel like a weight has been lifted.

Through our work together, clients have told me:

  • They feel better with less tension and a decrease in pain intensity.
  • They move away from anger and toward acceptance.
  • They have a more positive outlook on life.
  • They are more patient and kinder toward themselves and others.
  • They find new ways to do things they enjoy.
  • They are more able to focus.
  • They worry less about things outside their control.
  • Relationships with loved ones improve.

If you want to move toward living the best life you can, please contact me today (513) 904-9322.

Accept whatever comes, and the only important thing is that you meet it with the best you have to give.
